Since 2013, Catchwise Learning has been enabling neurodivergent children to gain confidence through providing specialised educational therapy. Our sessions are meticulously tailored to suit each child's individual needs. We prioritise the journey of self-discovery: exploring passions, developing strengths, and finding meaning in learning. To us, maximising each child's potential is of utmost priority.
Through the Orton-Gillingham principles that emphasise multisensory learning and mastery, we aim to guide our students through neurodiversity. At Catchwise Learning, we equip our students with literacy skills, cognitive strategies, and other ways to handle learning challenges at school and home. Additionally, coaching is offered for those who face motivational or behavioural difficulties, and workshops are conducted for parents. Our goal at Catchwise Learning is to nurture each and every one of our students, Providing quality services at affordable rate, to be kept accessible to all families in Singapore.
The name "Catchwise Learning" was inspired by our founder, Jeniyanti Rijanto's personal journey. Like many of us, she believed that education was just about acquiring knowledge. It was only later that Jeni realised the true purpose of education: It wasn't just about grades; it's about the wisdom gained. The name "Catchwise Learning" embodies the idea that education is an ongoing process of self-discovery that reveals to one who they are.
Jeniyanti Rijanto completed her Bachelor of Psychology from the University of Sydney. She later pursued her Masters degree in Psychology from the University of New South Wales.
When she returned to Singapore, she started her career at the Dyslexia Association of Singapore in 2005 as a Specialist Psychologist. She conducted various assessments for children with special needs and helped raise awareness of Dyslexia to teachers and parents. She then went on to work in a multidisciplinary team for a private therapy centre. During this time, she provided specific educational interventions for children with Dyslexia, Aspergers and attentional difficulties.
Since 2008, she has been practising as a Private Psychologist providing customised literacy interventions for school-going children with Dyslexia, ADHD and ASD.
She is passionate about helping children with special needs and has extensive experience working with these children to help them reach their fullest potentials.
